Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to honour the experience of childhood by providing a safe, high quality, and holistic culture of care.

Our Philosophy

We believe in a community approach to child care, where collaboration creates the best outcomes. We believe that parents are the experts on their children, and so we believe that by working together we can create stronger outcomes than we can alone.

Our Vision

Our goal is to share our Culture of Care practice with the child care community at large. We intend to use these practices to expand our services to do our part to meet the ever-growing needs of the communities we serve. We see our practice as our true calling, our heartsong; and we are dedicated to sharing it with our communities.

Our Educators

We lead with love, and our practice is supported by Circle of Security training. Our educators combine current research and traditional practice to develop our programming.

Our Support Staff

Our inclusive philosophy welcomes any child, regardless of real or perceived barriers. Our support staff use trusting relationships and knowledge of child development to support children's growth.

Our Leadership

Our Executive, Administrative, and Program Directors are honoured to hold the responsibility of stewarding our business, and supporting our children, educators, and families in collaboration with our Board.
